Sull'aultimo l'auto journal c'è la prestanzione delle novità del Mondiale di Parigi, e tra queste c'è una Prius II 113 CV ?
Qualcuno sa che cosa è ?

Non e' semplicemente la potenza combinata del termico ed elettrico ? Su molti siti e' riportata proprio tale potenza per l'attuale....

Non è di più ? sono 78 per il termico e più di 50 per l'elettrico.

Si ho una mail da qualche parte, dopo la cerco.

può darsi che abbiano portato l'elettrico a 113 hp , girava voce di un nuovo motore e di un Battery pack molto più potente in arrivo.

è vero,i 2 motori quando agiscono in contemporanea non danno la massima potenza teorica disponibile,almeno così avevo letto.

In spite of the substantial performance increase, the modifications introduced are extremely simple. Engine, electric motor, generator and battery are the same as in the standard Prius.

To match the increased power output, the whole suspension system - shock absorbers, springs and stabiliser bars - has been upgraded to provide sharper handling and improved grip. In addition, the hybrid battery has been positioned over the rear axle to provide near-perfect weight distribution that a conventional car would struggle to match. The Prius GT uses the same tyres adopted by the Toyota Celica, which provide better grip.

The whole interior of the Prius has been stripped out to save weight and replaced by two sports seats, harness and a safety roll cage. As a result the total weight of the Prius GT is just 1,120 kg, 180 kg less than the production version.

More power and less weight result in significant performance improvements, including 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in just 8.7 seconds. Surprisingly, when the Prius GT is driven at normal speeds fuel economy and emissions are virtually unchanged. This is because the effects of a more powerful petrol engine are counteracted by efficiency gains from the electric circuit and the overall weight reduction.

E' solo un prototipo non vendibile... giusto ?
